Job Title: Research Director

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a research director in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee and lead all research activities, conduct in-depth market analysis, develop and implement research strategies, write comprehensive research reports, moderate panels, judge awards, and draft editorial calendars for the year.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and market research experience
  • Proficiency in subject matter (retail banking, wealth management, transaction banking, payments)
  • Proficiency in research and development (R&D) and general research methodologies
  • Proven team leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred

Masters degree in business, finance, economics, or related field is required.
