Job Title: Air Freight Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Air Freight Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of import shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute import shipments process in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Billing invoices accurately, timely, and sent out promptly to customers to facilitate efficient payments.
  • Perform checks on cargo clearance permits/cargo conditions before releasing to Warehouse/ Traffic.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various parties (including customers, carriers, co-loaders, transporters, and overseas agents).
  • Create billing, shipment details, and permit declarations, email to customers or overseas agents.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
