Air Freight Operations Coordinator
Prepare for a challenging role where you will be responsible for coordinating with customers and overseas agents to prepare draft Air Waybills (AWBs) for review.
- Coordinate the preparation of AWBs for review by customers, forwarders, and overseas agents.
- Draft permits prior to shipment arrival in coordination with Customs Information Portal Limited (CIPL).
- Maintain regular liaison with customers and overseas agents, manage email correspondence, and ensure timely communication.
In this role, you will handle the submission of Forwarding Warehouse Bills (FWBs), Flight Handling Letters (FHLs), permits, and other required documents. You will also send pre-alerts, manage billing, and handle related emails for air export operations.
Additionally, the successful candidate will await pre-alerts to either release cargo or arrange delivery, visit the warehouse to inspect cargo, and pre-declare customs permits through the Customs Clearance Network (CCN) system.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification.
- Training is provided for individuals without experience.
