We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Air Freight Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Air Freight Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day air freight import and export operations, ensuring timely shipment handling.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage air freight shipments from origin to destination.
- Prepare, verify, and submit shipping and customs documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth clearance processes.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update logistics systems as necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in freight forwarding.
