Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Freight Operations Manager to oversee daily import/export shipments and ensure seamless logistics operations.

  • Monitor daily import/export freight movement and shipment status.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Vendors to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery.
  • Handle inquiries related to shipment status and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure all shipment milestones are accurately and promptly updated in the system.
  • Support and execute tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in a related field.
  • Familiarity with air freight operations.
