Liaising with customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery of goods is a key responsibility. You will also verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating and managing the IOR/EOR process for global shipments
  • Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery of goods
  • Verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs operations
  • Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus
  • Understanding of customs documentation and import/export regulations
  • Knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage
