Job Title: IT Service Delivery Excellence Director

We are seeking an accomplished IT Service Delivery leader to spearhead our technology operations. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving exceptional service delivery, fostering strong relationships with clients, and championing innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large teams of Development and Production Support specialists in an onsite offshore environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal performance.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Payments, Channels, and wealth management domains, providing strategic guidance and solutions.
  • Cultivate experience working in multi-vendor environments, leveraging strengths to drive success.
  • Apply strong project management skills using Agile Scrum/Kanban, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain certified Project Management practices and Agile WoW expertise, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Leverage extensive delivery experience in BFSI domain, Retail Banking, and Payments exposure to drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Promote understanding of IT outsourcing engagements and commercial models, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and enhance ITIL processes for productivity and efficiency gains.
  • Mentor service quality and recovery initiatives with Clients, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and optimize scope, schedule, and budget in fixed-price engagements, maintaining financial discipline.
  • Foster technical acumen and customer orientation, delivering high-quality services that exceed expectations.
