Assistant Director

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Business Development, to drive the growth and success of our continuing education programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of programme delivery, developing business development and sales strategies, converting leads into enrollments, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective learners and corporate clients.
Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned programmes, from launch to marketing and recruitment
- Prospect for and convert leads into sales, including responding to enquires and engaging prospective learners
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to phone and email inquiries from prospective learners and promoting the portfolio of programmes to prospective corporate clients
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure seamless course delivery and learner journey management
- Develop and implement business development and sales initiatives to increase quality enrollments
- Degree qualification from a recognised institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inbound and outbound sales
- Proven ability to convert leads into sales
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools
