Administrative Assistant Director

The Administrative Assistant Director will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This includes but is not limited to coordinating travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare meeting materials
- Maintain accurate records and files

- Perform other administrative duties as required
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in administration, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
