Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sub-Contracting Executive to join our team at Dyna-Mac Engineering Services PTE LTD. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for engaging and negotiating with sub-contractors to ensure the awarded price is within budget or achieves the optimum price level to increase profitability for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and negotiate with sub-contractors to secure optimal pricing and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sub-contractor engagement, including Letters of Indemnity, Workmen Insurances, and Bankers Guarantees.
  • Ensure adherence to Ministry of Manpower regulations concerning sub-contracting of work from companies using foreign workers.
  • Monitor and verify the whereabouts of workers, ensuring they are not cross-deployed to other shipyards.
  • Process and update approval processes for works orders, and provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, preferably in marine shipyard or commercial environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Fresh graduates with no experience welcome to apply, training will be provided.
