Administrative Assistant Role

This role requires a dynamic administrative professional to provide high-level support in a fast-paced environment. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management to maintain accurate records and efficient systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and packages with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate the ordering of supplies and stock for the office, pantry, and warehouse to optimize resources and minimize waste.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and responding to queries in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, handling requests and queries from senior management with tact and diplomacy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using an efficient central filing system for HR and Finance departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum GCE 'O' level or Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years' experience in administrative duties with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, including MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple deadlines.
