About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Coordinator. As a Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales activities, including managing leads, scheduling appointments, and tracking customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • A Higher Nitec qualification in any administrative discipline or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • SAP B1 experience is preferred but not required.
