Job Description">

As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading and conducting contract negotiations with contractors. This includes reviewing process timelines to ensure timely execution of agreements, analyzing contract change requests, and preparing authorisation forms for Contract Amendments.

You will also monitor milestone dates, contract compliance, and progress of contracts through regular interfaces with various stakeholders, including Construction, Engineering, Expediting & Logistics, Cost Control, the Project Manager, and Vendors.

Furthermore, you will prepare official letters to Contractors regarding contract execution, prepare information for legal department for claims, follow up on the register of claims, and monitor provisions.
