- Support the Head Chef in planning and coordinating tasks while managing labor expenses effectively.">
- Develop seasonal menus as required, incorporating new culinary techniques to enhance customer experience.">
- Approve and polish dishes before serving customers, ensuring presentation meets high standards.">
- Implement food and sanitary rules and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.">
- Prepare duty rotas for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.">
- Manage recipe files to ensure up-to-date accuracy and compliance with company standards.">
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts or Science, Business, or relevant fields.">
- Three years of experience as a Sous Chef in a similar setting.">
- WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Course – Food Safety Course Levels 1 and 2 certification.">
- Knowledge of COSHH regulations or HACCP methods.">
- Quickly adapt to new concepts and possess logical problem-solving skills.">
- Able to grasp business requirements and processes effectively.">
- Familiarity with computer software such as POS, restaurant management system, and Microsoft Office.">
- Service-oriented, meticulous, and detail-focused approach to work.">
