Job Title: Workplace Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of workplace experience services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing employees who provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor their training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee the recruiting and hiring of new staff.
  • Coordinate and manage daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff to ensure efficient and consistent support.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN TRUSTED CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS by negotiating with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicting priorities.
  • Evaluate technological and training needs for Workplace Experience teams and clients, always following safety standards.
  • Develop vendor partnerships to reduce costs and manage contract services, ensuring all vendors have current proof of insurance and contractual documentation.
  • Oversee programs run by third-party vendors, including food delivery, event organization, transportation, and mail distribution, ensuring all invoices for business services are accounted for.
  • LEAD BY EXAMPLE AND MODEL BEHAVIORS that align with CBRE RISE values, influencing parties to reach agreements.
  • Apply knowledge of own discipline and its integration with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues within existing systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
  • Ability to convey performance expectations and handle problems, guide the exchange of sensitive information.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of job disciplines and departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
