Sales Strategy & Execution

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve goals in the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Business Development & Growth

The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new opportunities, leveraging industry insights and connections to drive business growth.

Client Relationship Management

Strong relationships with key clients are crucial to our success. The Sales Manager will build and maintain these relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Market Research & Insights

Conduct research to track trends, adjust strategies, and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the ductwork and HVAC industries.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations

Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure new business for WGT EHR Pte Ltd.

Team Leadership & Training

Mentor junior staff, providing guidance to help them meet their sales goals and develop their skills.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to regulations and mitigate potential sales risks in the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering, finance, and operations teams for seamless project execution.

Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ductwork systems and HVAC industry standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the ductwork or HVAC industry.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare facility requirements and regulations.
  • Certifications: Certification in sales or related fields (e.g., CPSP, CSM).
