Client Relationship ManagementStrong relationships with key clients are crucial to our success. The Sales Manager will build and maintain these relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Market Research & InsightsConduct research to track trends, adjust strategies, and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the ductwork and HVAC industries.
Sales Presentations & NegotiationsThe Sales Manager will deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure new business for WGT EHR Pte Ltd.
Team Leadership & TrainingMentor junior staff, providing guidance to help them meet their sales goals and develop their skills.
Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to regulations and mitigate potential sales risks in the ductwork and HVAC industries.
Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with engineering, finance, and operations teams for seamless project execution.
Requirements:- Educational Background: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ductwork systems and HVAC industry standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
