The Senior Foodcourt Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the food court.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and ensure efficient operation of the food court
  • Lead and direct the operational team according to SOPs and workflows
  • Develop plans for team members based on company KPIs
  • Monitor outlet profitability and provide solutions to improve performance
  • Collect monthly stall rentals
  • Propose activities according to market needs
  • Prepare yearly sales budget proposals for the outlet
  • Maintain good working relationships with landlords, authorities, and stall tenants
  • Assist inspectors during outlet inspection and follow-up actions
  • Liaise with landlords on building matters, joint promotions, and events
  • Renew lease agreements and negotiate with stall tenants
  • Source and recommend suitable food types to fill vacant stalls
  • Conduct regular checks on hygiene, service standards, and product quality
  • Evaluate stall tenants' performance and assess their ability to meet expectations
  • Supervise and guide stall tenants and cleaning contractors to achieve housekeeping excellence
Administrative Tasks:
  • Plan work schedules for the operational team
  • Review staff performance and recommend confirmation, promotion, or training
  • Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, disputes, and work tension among team members
  • Terminate employment according to company guidelines
  • Communicate policies and procedures to team members and stall tenants
  • Account for outlet float money, petty cash, and daily sales collection
  • Ensure stall tenants' daily sales receipts are accurate and banked
  • Submit timely outlet reports
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Area Manager
  • Control expenses according to operational budgets
  • Take action against stall tenants and contractors for non-conformance

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in F&B industry and operational processes
  • Diploma in F&B, supply chain, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in foodcourt operations
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate with stakeholders
  • Able to work weekends and Public Holidays
  • Foster positive working relationships
  • Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Must possess Class 3 license
