Strategic Payment Partnerships Specialist

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead global payment partnerships and optimize the deposit and withdrawal experience for users across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strategic partnerships with banks, payment gateways, and e-wallet providers in emerging regions.
  • Analyze payment failures to identify root causes and implement solutions to enhance conversion rates.
  • Design robust anti-fraud strategies while monitoring risk metrics.
  • Develop localized payment solutions by integrating region-specific methods (e.g., Mada in KSA, UPI in India, leading e-wallets in SEA).
  • Collaborate with technology teams to integrate compliant payment APIs and ensure adherence to FX and AML regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-border payment solutions, particularly in emerging markets.
  • Expertise in payment gateway technologies, foreign exchange settlement, and risk management.
  • Success in payment integration projects within MENA and SEA regions.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Southeast Asian languages is advantageous.
