Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for developing and preparing detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and/or MEP disciplines in accordance with project requirements.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and manage the integration and clash detection process. Additionally, you will create, update, and maintain BIM documentation including construction/shop drawings, tender documents, and as-built models for submission to relevant authorities and project teams.

Your primary objective will be to ensure timely delivery of BIM-related documents and drawings in line with the project schedule and submission deadlines. You will also develop and maintain the company's BIM standards, templates, and object libraries to ensure consistency and compliance across all projects.

Furthermore, you will conduct model quality checks to ensure accuracy, adherence to project standards, and compliance with BIM modelling requirements. You will collaborate with project teams to resolve design conflicts and improve constructability using BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks or similar platforms.

In addition, you will support CSD meetings by presenting BIM models and providing technical input to aid decision-making and planning.

Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
    • Good communication skills in English (verbally and written) and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
    • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
    • Understanding LTA submission requirements and building regulations is an added advantage.
