BIM Modellers play a crucial role in creating and updating Building Information Models (BIMs) based on tender drawings and corrigendum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality still images for presentations
  • Develop 4D sequencing based on the engineer's master program
  • Extract quantities from BIM models for Tender QS/Engineer as a reference
Project Stage:
  • Update BIM models based on contract drawings and corrigendum to ensure data accuracy
  • Prepare models for coordination and shop drawing submission in accordance with the BIM schedule
  • Ensure model integrity and quality, eliminating any clashes or errors
Requirements:
  • ITE/Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Structure/ Construction Management related
  • At least 3-5 years of BIM experience with a proven track record
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and local design codes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit modeling software
