Job Description

As a skilled professional in the field of building information modeling (BIM), you will be responsible for creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using software like Autodesk Revit.

BIM Models are used to visualize, analyze, and communicate complex architectural and engineering data. In this role, you will update and maintain BIM models and drawings to reflect design changes, construction progress, or as-built conditions.

  • You will collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and reliable models.
  • Manage the exchange and coordination of BIM models with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders via Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Familiarity with Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) is required.

In addition to your technical skills, you will generate shop drawings from BIM models for various project stages. These drawings must meet submission schedules and adhere to engineer/manager details.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent, along with at least one year of experience in BIM Modeling or drafting work in building construction and project execution.

Skills in software like Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks are essential, as well as excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude and proactive mindset, combined with ability to work independently and as a team player, handling pressure and meeting deadlines, make you an ideal fit for this position.
