We are seeking an expert in Building Information Modelling to join our team.

Job Description

As a Senior BIM Technical Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing 3D BIM models for architectural projects. You will work with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve design/technical issues using BIM workflows. Your role will involve generating construction drawings, documentation, and schedules directly from BIM models, conducting clash detection and coordination across disciplines, and supporting the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM, with expertise in modeling, coordination, or technical support;
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of BIM 360/Dynamo is an advantage;
  • Familiarity with Singapore BIM standards and BCA submission requirements;
  • Certification in BIM is preferred.
