Job Overview

We seek a skilled Senior BIM Technical Expert to harness Building Information Modelling (BIM) in architectural projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, updating, and managing 3D BIM models in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, update, and manage 3D BIM models for architectural projects.
  • Generate construction drawings, documentation, and schedules from BIM models.
  • Conduct clash detection and coordination across disciplines.
  • Support the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve design/technical issues using BIM workflows.
  • Maintain and update BIM libraries, templates, and office standards.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture, Construction, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of BIM experience in modeling, coordination, or technical support.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of BIM 360/Dynamo is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Singapore BIM standards and submission requirements.
  • Certification in BIM is preferred.
