Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PDI Administrative Assistant to join our team at Premium Automobiles PTE LTD. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for administering all PDI documentations in a proper order.

About the Role
The successful candidate will administer job cards, invoices, warranty claims, purchase orders, and GRNs while providing administrative support to Sales personnel at point of delivery. You will also liaise with contractors for necessary PDI work, update stock lists, follow up on outstanding payments, and perform other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer PDI documentations, including job cards, invoices, and warranty claims.
• Provide administrative support to Sales personnel during deliveries.
• Liaise with contractors for PDI work and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate stock lists and update records accordingly.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements
• Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
