At PREMIUM AUTOMOBILES PTE LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized PDI Admin Officer to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for administering all PDI documentations, providing administrative support to sales personnel, liaising with contractors, and updating stock lists.

About the Role:

  • Administer, maintain, and update all PDI documents, including job cards, invoices, warranty claims, purchase orders, and GRNs.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to sales personnel at the point of delivery.
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure the necessary PDI work is performed efficiently.
  • Update stock lists to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Follow up with relevant parties on outstanding payments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including purchasing, invoicing, and data entry.
  • Able to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with warranty processes and procedures.
