PDI Administrative Coordinator

At PREMIUM AUTOMOBILES PTE LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized PDI Admin Officer to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for administering all PDI documentations, providing administrative support to sales personnel, liaising with contractors, and updating stock lists.
About the Role:
- Administer, maintain, and update all PDI documents, including job cards, invoices, warranty claims, purchase orders, and GRNs.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to sales personnel at the point of delivery.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure the necessary PDI work is performed efficiently.
- Update stock lists to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Follow up with relevant parties on outstanding payments to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent administrative skills, including purchasing, invoicing, and data entry.
- Able to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with warranty processes and procedures.
