Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Semiconductor Supply Chain Manager. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of semiconductor solutions.This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and make a meaningful contribution to the development of cutting-edge technology.About the RoleThe Semiconductor Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in managing our relationships with semiconductor suppliers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all suppliers meet our quality and delivery standards.You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and improve overall efficiency.Your analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.Responsibilities

  • Supply Assurance: Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of active and passive components.

  • Internal Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding semiconductor supplier-related matters.

  • Supply Chain Transparency: Ensure that all necessary technical exchanges occur between our organization and semiconductor suppliers.

  • Supply Risk Management: Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate supply chain risks.

  • Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage supply chain disruptions.

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management and/or semiconductor manufacturing.

  • Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing projects.

  • Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Chinese languages.

  • Other Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel.
