We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Semiconductor Supply Chain Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of semiconductor solutions.

About the Role:
Supply Assurance: Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of active and passive components.
Internal Communication: Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding semiconductor supplier-related matters.
Supply Chain Transparency: Ensure necessary technical exchanges occur between our organization and semiconductor suppliers.
Supply Risk Management: Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate supply chain risks.
Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage supply chain disruptions.
Requirements:
Engineering Degree: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management and/or semiconductor manufacturing.
Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing projects.
Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Chinese languages.
Other Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel.
