Singapore CHOPARD (ASIA) PTE LTD Full time

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction in managing spare parts, tools, and support services for the Customer Service Team at Chopard (Asia) PTE LTD.

Job Summary:
  • Support full repair administration flow
  • Allocate parts for workshop repairs and handle order inquiries
  • Oversee spare parts and conditioning inventory, including analysis and replenishment
  • Ensure stakeholders' spare parts and tools orders are fulfilled
  • Manage movement exchange and precious parts recycling
  • Handle logistics and shipment for all stakeholders
  • Report on OM quality defects and next service requirements

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the full repair administration process, allocating parts for workshop repairs, and handling order inquiries. You will also oversee spare parts and conditioning inventory, including analysis and replenishment. In addition, you will ensure that stakeholders' spare parts and tools orders are fulfilled, manage movement exchange and precious parts recycling, handle logistics and shipment for all stakeholders, and report on OM quality defects and next service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
