Overview

As a key member of the AnyMind Group team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the development and implementation of innovative sales strategies. This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in digital marketing and AdTech industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business and sales strategy aligned with company objectives and commercial targets.
  • Sell AnyMind's tech solutions to clients by identifying their needs and introducing the company's products, including digital marketing and influencer marketing solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities to drive growth across direct brands and media agency ecosystems.
  • Build and leverage an existing network of contacts across brands and agencies in Singapore to drive business.
  • Deliver consultative selling to clients across brands and agencies, responsible for the full sales cycle, including lead generation, conversation initiation, pitch development, and project delivery.
  • Lead initial project setup and work with colleagues to make strategic decisions to deliver high-quality projects with healthy margins.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales on annual budgeting and regular reporting of sales pipelines and revenue forecasting.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales at digital marketing agencies or AdTech companies.
  • Proven experience in dealing with agencies and direct brands, with a strong consultative selling background.
  • Entrepreneurial flair, excellent client relationship skills, and commercial acumen.
  • Broad curiosity and passion for storytelling and innovation.
  • Superior new business and client management skills.
  • Genuine passion for sales and a desire to attract top projects and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic briefs into creative executions that meet client goals and high-quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and confident in fast-paced environments while juggling multiple projects.
  • Knowledgeable and rooted in the digital marketing industry, with a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem across social, programmatic, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different functions and markets.
