Job Description

Careers@Gov is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to drive the adoption and utilisation of existing Digital Utilities in Singapore. As part of the Sectoral Transformation Group in IMDA, this role will play a crucial part in developing new Digital Utilities that can give Singapore enterprises a competitive advantage.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of working experience in public policy making and/or product management in technology related fields. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, clarity of thought, and the ability to navigate uncertainties in greenfield areas are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate the overall product and go-to-market strategy for Digital Utilities
  • Conduct studies and analyses to identify opportunities for digitalisation trials
  • Engage with industry partners and stakeholders to understand digital needs and landscape
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop strategies and execute plans to enhance Digital Utilities
  • Oversight of Digital Utilities, including product management, data analysis, tracking of deliverables, and enhancement of product & go-to-market approach

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of enterprise needs, tech sector, macro-economic landscape, technology trends, and public policy/administration
  • Outcome-driven, adaptable, proactive attitude, and excellent project management skills
  • Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

What We Offer:
