Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control processes.
  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the nursing home.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing procedures to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive quality control processes. This includes establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the nursing home, conducting regular reviews of existing procedures to identify areas for enhancement and optimization, and ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance requirements.

You will also carry out root cause analysis and monitor the effectiveness of action plans to address quality and risk areas of weaknesses. Additionally, you will train, coach, develop, and cultivate technical competencies to ensure the capability of designated employees to maintain and comply with quality standards.

Furthermore, you will implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurring quality issues. To excel in this role, you must have a degree/diploma in a relevant discipline and 5-10 years of working experience in Quality Assurance/Audit function.

You should possess strong knowledge and understanding of quality systems and experience in facing quality-related challenges. Good interpersonal and leadership skills are required, as well as detail-oriented, strong analytical, and organizational skills.
