Job Title: HVAC Technical Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales and after-sales support to all HVAC projects. You will manage the service team in executing project plans, timelines, cost preparations, and resource requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and clarifications to customer service teams to produce comprehensive quotations to clients.
  • Address and resolve project administrative issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to prepare necessary equipment required for the project.
  • Actively follow-up and resolve customer service-related issues/concerns.
  • Attend internal and external meetings with stakeholders to resolve service operational matters.
  • Oversee project execution and ensure service completion is within schedule.
  • Ensure off-site operations are scheduled in accordance with customers' requirements.
  • Ensure customers' requirements are clearly coordinated and communicated with the service team.
  • Conduct site surveys to accurately plan and allocate manpower resources for all service jobs.
  • Ensure service projects are in compliance with all internal and project site SQE rules & regulations.

Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
