
Culinary Section Leader

**Job Description:**
- Manage a specific kitchen section (e.g. Western, Asian, Cold, Grill, or Live Station) for buffet and à la carte service.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to The Line's standards.
- Supervise and support junior staff in your section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure mise en place is complete and organized before each service.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
- Monitor stock levels, order ingredients, and minimize food wastage.
- Assist in training junior staff and maintaining kitchen discipline.
- Work closely with other sections to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of kitchen experience.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong cooking skills in international cuisine (buffet or à la carte experience preferred).
