Operational Excellence Transformation Specialist

This role will be key to our organization's success as we strive for world-class operations management. We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in lean transformation and operational excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to drive process improvement initiatives across our operations, streamlining processes and enhancing our ability to deliver on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic roadmaps to drive operational excellence and optimize business expenditure, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by implementing structured daily accountability meetings and promoting problem-solving among operations stakeholders.
- Facilitate in-depth reviews of operations performance, presenting key metrics, insights, and progress updates to senior leaders, driving informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and leadership, to ensure effective implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on business development costing models to ensure they accurately reflect real-world conditions.
- Lead and facilitate root cause analysis workshops to identify and address underlying issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or business administration.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean practitioner credentials are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated mastery of various Lean or Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
- A minimum of one year of experience in implementing operational excellence initiatives at a country level.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing capacity.
- Exceptional team facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
- Strong business acumen.
