The Role

You will lead transformative initiatives that elevate business performance, streamline operations, and digitally empower employees across 12 Asian countries.

  • Lead Lean Six Sigma projects across order-to-cash, supply chain, and service functions.
  • Redesign workflows that directly impact margin, speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Eliminate waste and bring simplicity to complexity.

Key Responsibilities

Transform Processes & Accelerate Performance

  • Drive Lean Six Sigma project execution.
  • Streamline operations through process redesign.
  • Implement automation and digitalisation.

Drive Digital & AI Adoption

  • Champion automation via ERP (Odoo), RPA bots, and AI-powered tools.
  • Implement real-time dashboards to empower faster, better decisions.
  • Train and mentor citizen developers to use low-code/no-code tools.

Power Agile Projects That Scale

  • Be a certified Scrum Master/Product Owner driving fast, iterative impact.
  • Facilitate cross-border sprints and retrospectives that deliver visible wins every 30–45 days.
  • Cultivate a results-driven, collaborative culture.

Build a Data-Driven Organisation

  • Set up a single source of truth for commercial, technical, and operational KPIs.
  • Launch predictive models to manage inventory, sales trends, and customer behaviour.
  • Lead workshops that move teams from reporting to decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business, Data Science or related field. Master's is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, transformation, or digitalisation.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
  • Agile/Scrum and ERP (Odoo) implementation experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and change leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to connect operational initiatives to strategic outcomes and commercial impact.
