Job Title: Channel Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Channel Business Development Manager to spearhead our channel growth strategy and drive revenue expansion through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Strategy Development: Develop and execute channel strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Channel Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales through channel partners by developing and implementing sales programs, collaborating with partners to create business plans, and monitoring sales performance metrics.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive threats, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in cybersecurity.
  • Partner Enablement and Support: Train and support channel partners on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning, developing and delivering sales and technical training programs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and initiatives, communicating effectively with partners to ensure they are informed about new products, updates, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a similar role in the ICT or cybersecurity industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners, strong understanding of cybersecurity hardware products and solutions, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
