Key Responsibilities
  • Manage order fulfillment into SG warehouses (external and internal) for all products and shipment types
  • Coordinate system posting into SAP (goods receipt, delivery note, goods issue, stock transfer/adjustment etc) with 3PL and internal team
  • Monitor inbound shipment and prepare outbound shipments release (term EXW)
  • Collaborate with Harman Custom Brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance process on import shipments or shipments requiring CARNET within APAC destinations

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and documentation. This includes CI/PL, Delivery Notes, BOL/AWB, inventory movements documentation. Proper accounting and filing of these documents based on Harman Document Retention Policy are essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A can-do attitude and willingness to work overtime when necessary are also required.
