Job Title: Academic Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Academic Support Manager. This role will involve supporting the operations of our undergraduate programme, ensuring smooth academic and student administrative services.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and at least 5 years of experience in programme management. Prior experience working in institutions of higher learning is preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and be meticulous with a keen eye for details. They will also have good interpersonal and people management skills, and be able to work well within a team and with key stakeholders.

In this role, you will manage and coordinate the delivery of student and academic services, oversee the planning and monitoring of student admission progress, and coordinate interviews and liaise with various stakeholders for the processing and monitoring of applications, admissions, and scholarships outcomes.

You will also provide support for student outreach and recruitment events and activities, provide administrative support for course registration, timetable scheduling, scholarship and travel grants, and financial processes, and collaborate with stakeholders on programme management, including course proposals and curriculum updates.

Key Responsibilities:
