Academic Support Specialist

The Singapore Management University is seeking a highly skilled professional to provide timely and efficient academic support services to both JD and LLM faculty and students.
- This role entails coordinating admission, matriculation, enrolment exercises, and payment processing services.
- You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and outreach activities, including information sessions, roadshows, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Operational and logistical support will also be provided, facilitating the organisation of alumni gatherings and pre-term orientation activities for new students.
A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 10 years of relevant work experience in a tertiary institution are essential requirements for this role.
Strong planning and organisational ability, team player skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently are highly valued for this position.
