Job Opportunity for HR Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to manage all HR functions, including recruitment, job postings, and leave management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage Recruitment and Job Postings: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage job postings across various channels.
  • Leave Management: Oversee the entire leave management process, ensuring timely approval and processing of leave requests.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relationships by providing guidance, support, and training to employees.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Quota Matters: Handle work pass applications, prepare employment-related letters, and manage quota matters in accordance with government regulations.
  • HR Systems: Organize and maintain accurate records in personnel files, ensuring easy access to employee information.
  • Office Administration: Support office administration, including organizing company events and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma: Bachelor's degree or diploma in human resource, business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, including practical knowledge of MOM compliance or other government requirements.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Laws and Regulations: Knowledge of the Employment Act and other relevant laws and regulations.
