About the RoleWe seek an experienced Head of Corporate Secretarial to join our management team, reporting directly to the Country Head of Sleek Singapore. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading our corporate secretarial team, transforming processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business unit profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement structured training programs to eliminate knowledge gaps and ensure team competency.
- Ensure timely filing of annual returns, maintaining high client satisfaction rates, and achieving minimum gross profitability targets.
- Achieve full automation of basic filing processes within a specified timeframe, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain team capacity and efficiency through effective hiring and training.
- Monitor staff compliance with workflows, addressing any non-compliance promptly.
To succeed in this role, you'll require a minimum of 8 years' experience in client-facing corporate secretarial matters, including experience as RQI and named company secretary, and attendance at board of directors' meetings. Preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications and relevant leadership experience.
Requirements:
- Recognised degree/diploma in Business Administration, Corporate Services, or Legal Studies.
- Proven track record of leadership experience in a fast-paced technology-driven organisation.
- Good understanding of Singapore regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft applications.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive, highly-organised, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to adapt to VUCA thinking and contribute to process improvement efforts.
