Senior Business Development Professional

We are WGT Group, a leading organization in the field of Pneumatic Engineering and Motion Control.
Job Title: Senior Business Development ProfessionalEstimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per yearAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective customer selection and categorization, account planning, and reporting.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to address their pain points.
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales and gross profit budgets through product demonstration and negotiation of contractual terms and conditions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market trend analysis and provide feedback to management to drive continuous improvement.
- Degree: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline.
- Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record and technical understanding of Pneumatic systems, motion control, and fluid control.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, hunter role, growth mindset, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and willingness to continuously learn and grow.
- Additional Requirements: Own vehicle is required for frequent traveling.
