- Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance regulations and industry practices, and ensure that our training programs reflect these changes.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Expertise in insurance products, regulations, and industry practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
