Job Summary

This role involves delivering training sessions on insurance products and regulatory updates, designing and updating training materials, workshops, and eLearning modules, managing training logistics, creating interactive digital content, and applying blended learning strategies. A strong background in the insurance or banking sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging training programs for insurance products and regulatory updates.
  • Create high-quality training materials, workshops, and eLearning modules that meet learning objectives.
  • Ensure seamless program execution by managing training logistics.
  • Develop interactive digital content and apply blended learning strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business and L&D teams to meet learning objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a financial consultant in the insurance or banking sector with a proven track record of leading teams or managing people.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital content creation and instructional design.
  • CMFAS certifications (M5, M9, M9A, HI); additional financial certifications are an asset.
