Career Opportunities: Insurance Training Manager

The Learning & Development department is seeking a dynamic individual to lead training initiatives for our partners. In this role, you will collaborate with L&D and Business Development Managers of the respective partners to design learning solutions that meet their needs.
- Deliver training sessions on insurance products and concepts for new hires and existing employees.
- Update training materials regularly to reflect changes in insurance products, regulations, and company policies.
- Organize and execute various workshops, clinics, and eLearning modules.
- Ensure smooth running of training courses and programs through coordination of logistics and program content.
- Create engaging and interactive learning content using digital tools and platforms.
- Design and deliver curriculum with a blended learning approach.
- Communicate effectively with learners and stakeholders to ensure learning objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an insurance trainer or in a similar role within the Insurance or Banking industry.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry practices.
- Possess CMFAS M5, M9, and HI certifications.
This role requires strong coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage people effectively.
