Job Title: ALM System Administrator

The role involves overseeing the technical support services for the organization's application lifecycle management (ALM) system. This includes monitoring and maintaining ALM applications and their infrastructure in both production and non-production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support Services: Provide assistance to users on the ALM system.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor and maintain ALM applications and their infrastructure.
  • Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve incidents raised by users within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Custom Workflows: Create custom workflows based on ALM workflows.
  • User Management: Set up new user accounts and profiles.
  • Liaison with IT Teams: Collaborate with IT support teams as needed.
  • Integration Evaluation: Evaluate integration and connectivity of ALM with other systems.
  • Training Development: Develop training programs for users on ALM features and best practices.
  • Document Creation: Support document creation and template development.
  • Migration: Migrate from ALM applications to recommended tools.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend optimal processes to improve system performance.
  • Status Reporting: Report weekly status on issues and resource utilization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Scripting Proficiency: Proficiency in scripting languages and DevSecOps tools such as GitLab and Jira.
  • SDLC Understanding: Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
  • Experience Requirement: 2 years' experience in maintaining ALM systems or similar applications.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently under tight schedules.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
