Data Center Network Operations Manager

As a key member of our network operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customer's IDC network. This involves monitoring and troubleshooting network issues 24/7, working closely with our IDC technicians to conduct physical work and provide remote support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP. Experience with Linux and network troubleshooting is also highly desirable. In addition, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:- Maintain the overall health and performance of the IDC network, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with IDC technicians to perform physical work and provide remote support, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective network maintenance strategies, minimizing downtime and optimizing network efficiency.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders, helping them to resolve network-related issues.
- 1-3 years of experience in data center network monitoring and operations.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
- Experience with Linux and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certificate like CCNA/JNCIA is preferred.
