Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as a Vice President. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and optimizing the talent pipeline on a global scale by attracting and retaining top-tier candidates.
- Scaling Up framework implementation within the organization, engaging in leadership meetings, and collaborating with department heads.
- Enhancing employee engagement and fostering company core values to drive motivation and cohesion.
- Overseeing competitive compensation and benefits programs in alignment with company objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 8+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in e-commerce, tech, or consumer-driven sectors.
- Program management skills, including experience with organizational frameworks and strategic initiatives.
- Strong data-driven mindset, capable of using metrics to enhance employee engagement.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, essential for collaborating with global teams.
- Strong cultural fit, with a focus on instilling core values and fostering an ownership mindset.
- Expertise in employer branding, global recruitment, and talent pipeline management.
