Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for applications within scope.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy environment for applications.
  • Foster effective communication and strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Perform responsibilities according to shift schedules.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in application support.
  • Strong understanding and exposure to SQL language.
  • Proven experience in issue and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to articulate technical and non-technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and command lines.
  • Experience with applications using Kafka and APIs.
  • Skilled in managing incidents, requests, and problem resolution.
  • Capability to support multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Experience with Jira, Metis, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of monitoring CTRL-M jobs.
  • Ability to assess priorities and act accordingly.
  • Understanding of IT production environments and deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles.
